Diarrhea Ayurvedic Cure | Natural Remedies for Diarrhea

Diarrhea is sometimes mistaken as the by-product of and for other stomach ailments and as such is considered a common condition and a relatively minor one at that.

It is quite common and can cause the most damage and distress when it strikes down very young infants.

Causes of Diarrhea

A bout of diarrhea can be bought on by many different factors, but at it’s essence it is caused by the bowels inability to cope with fatty foods which causes an imbalance that produces negative toxins (ama). Amongst the things that create this in-balance are things like ingesting a poisoned substance and/or other harmful bacteria, sudden and extreme climate change, as a by-product of a disorder afflicting a vital organ i.e. heart, lung etc and also stress worry and anxiety can trigger diarrhea.

In order to flush away the negative toxins the body evacuates the bowels frequently and indeed sometimes violently depending on the strength of the attack and the manner in which it was bought on. And because the body unwell and the digestive system not working properly these evacuations come out as loose and runny stools, sometimes streaked with blood and other mucous matter.
